Hello! I am Ken Ruiz, and I appreciate your visit to my portfolio.

I was born and raised in the city of Saint Louis, Missouri. In 2015, I took a hiatus from my studies at the University of Missouri - Columbia, and joined my former band on my first tour ever.

Now, with over 8 years immersed in the music industry, I've had the privilege of collaborating with some of the finest professionals, swiftly gaining expertise that enables me to offer my clients an unparalleled experience.

My versatile roles encompass Tour Manager, Merchandise Manager, and VIP Coordinator. Proficient in tour accounting, budgeting, show settlements, event coordination, travel logistics, lodging, inventory management, and sales projections, I bring a comprehensive skill set to the table.

Before venturing into tour management and merchandise management, I thrived as an independent Booking Agent. My firsthand experience as a touring musician and various roles in the industry provide me with a unique perspective on concert touring.

Outside the music realm, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at the University of Missouri - Saint Louis.

What sets me apart is my unwavering self-motivation, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational prowess. I excel in my role because I am focused and dedicated.

I have a valid passport with no issues traveling internationally. I am proficient in English and Spanish.

Technical proficiency includes MS Office, Master Tour, Artist Growth, AtVenu, Square, Adobe Creative, and Max OSX.
